My name is Erica Moore, and here at Glow Moore, hair removal is just the beginning. From the moment you step into the suite, you’ll experience comfort, connection, and assurance. I strive to build strong, meaningful relationships with my clients while prioritizing healthy skin through thoughtful skincare routines and effective hair removal results. I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2018 and have specialized in full body waxing since 2023. I believe everyone deserves to look and feel their best. My passion is helping you glow inside and out. How to Prepare for Your Wax Appointment • Stay hydrated and moisturize daily to keep skin and hair healthy • Exfoliate 2–3 times weekly and no sooner than the day before your appointment •Arrive clean with product-free skin • Hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice • For comfort, with a doctor’s approval, you may take ibuprofen 30 minutes prior •Stay consistent: wax every 4–6 weeks and avoid shaving in between Important Skincare Notes • If you are on Accutane, you cannot be waxed. You must wait 6–12 months and have doctor approval before waxing • Discontinue tretinoin at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment • Stop using retinols and exfoliating acids at least 1 week before waxing A little prep goes a long way toward smoother results and a more comfortable experience
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Policy I know life can be unpredictable, and I do my best to be flexible while making sure everyone’s time including yours is respected. Here’s a guide to help things run smoothly: • Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service. • No-Shows: Missed appointments are charged 100% of the service, and you’ll need to reach out to rebook. • Lateness: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or adjusted service, or in some cases, losing the appointment, with no price adjustment. • Confirmations: I’ll send a text or email to confirm your appointment. If I don’t hear back by 8 PM the night before, you risk the appointment being forfeited. • Outstanding Fees: Any unpaid cancellation or no-show fees must be cleared before scheduling future appointments.
