I understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your appointment. To ensure fairness and maintain my schedule effectively, please adhere to my policy. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time is a 50% charge of your service. No shows will be charged 50% of service. After three no shows, you will no longer be able to book. Please reach out if you cannot make it rather than no showing. I allow a 10 minute grace period, anything after 10 minutes may result in rescheduling.
